A few weeks ago, a member of our team shared the story of Van Halen and their quirky demand for a bowl of M&Ms with all the brown ones removed. At first glance, it seemed like rock star excess, but it’s actually a brilliant example of why details matter. Van Halen used this request to ensure venue teams had thoroughly read the contract. If they found brown M&Ms backstage, it signaled that other critical details might have been overlooked—potentially affecting the success of their elaborate performances.
This sparked the idea to highlight how focusing on the small details is a form of innovation here at Remuda. It’s not just about groundbreaking ideas—it’s the seemingly minor aspects that ensure every project runs smoothly and our customers receive the best possible outcomes.
Just like Van Halen’s M&M test, we focus on the fine details in our own work—whether it’s triple-checking materials going out for delivery or making sure clients receive accurate, timely updates.
