Summary: 

As a Building Sales Consultant, you’ll help customers bring their vision to life by guiding them through the entire building process—from initial engagement to the final building contract. You’ll generate leads, manage customer relationships, estimate projects, and collaborate with our marketing and sales teams to make every project a success.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Lead Generation: Identify and generate potential leads through networking, referrals, and marketing efforts to build a pipeline of prospective clients.
  • Customer Consultation: Meet with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget for post-frame buildings, offering tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Quote Preparation: Prepare detailed quotes and proposals based on customer specifications, including pricing, materials, and project timelines.
  • Sales Presentations: Conduct presentations and site visits to showcase building options and designs, addressing any questions or concerns from potential customers.
  • Closing Sales: Follow up with leads to nurture relationships, negotiate terms, and successfully close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.
